We dyed eggs, of course. Not our precious chicken eggs, but nasty 98 cents, sitting on the shelf for weeks eggs.

Then I hid them in the yard and that was great fun.

The Easter bunny made a stop, bringing big chocolate rabbits for the kids' breakfast (!), socks and a cap for Chooj and a horse mane and tail braiding kit for Hayes (how'd he know?).

We went to the back of the pasture to take down the wire fencing and cut a little bit in preparation for a good fence by the road. It's nice and green and lush back there. The horses love it.
