I took over tractoring down the road where the weeds are six feet high and it is "skeery." I knew I had little time to do it since a storm was approaching and, sure enough, the skies opened up just as I got going. But then a double rainbow appeared and it was just so beautiful.
Alex and I ran wire back where we bushhogged to give the horses more space and forage. Then we'll continue on until we reach the property line.
While I was putting up No Trespassing signs on the road, I watched two deer crash from our weedy property through the creek and up the other bank. Alex found a large buck hoofprint and is anxious for hunting season!
We've decided to sell our Tennessee property. Trying to keep up with the two is going to be too much. Our original plan was to live debt-free and we can do that once we sell Four Feathers Farm. I hate to do it - my GiLi and Hayes' Dee Dee are buried there.
