Hank the pony broke the door to the chicken coop this week. We haven't been too worried about not having a door to close entirely with three dogs patrolling the perimeter, but last night something, perhaps a weasel, got in and ate Hayes' duck Lucky Foot.
Poor thing. He was the quiet duck and looking really pretty. He's the one who told all the good jokes to Popeye the Sailor Man Toot Toot duck and made him laugh all the time.
