Alex saw two of the four turkey eggs we saved off the property cracked this morning. He figured they were dying. Now they are cheeping. One of the other two quiet ones is moving, Alex says.
My internet research says wild turkeys raised by humans will never return to the wild. Turkeys live 10 to 15 years.
Alex says he sees a thanksgiving table in their future.
